Granite House: main elevation stone, side and rear elevations in rubble. Roof long half-timbered previously covered in Slate, currently replaced by mechanical flat tiles. Main elevation to four spans and three levels. Distribution outside staircase room, parallel to the right side elevation. This House, built on the site of a built-up parcel in 1836, presents a lintel etched on behalf of owner RIOU-ADEL and the date 1923. Against the left side elevation is the trace of a former building in long panels and below the likely location of a discount. Oral tradition States that it is a House of blacksmith * the bastard door on the main elevation indicates the existence of a workshop.
