The West elevation has the terrace that covers agricultural warehouse receipt ditches * above the Windows of the housing on the floor, between the aisseliers appears a ceramic decor colorful * in the central part of the west facade stands a rectangular front where is mentioned the name of the cooperative * This building has a rump cover. The gable of the winery located in the South presents a rectangular front where carved the initials of the cooperative * This building has a roof long half-timbered. Between the 2 wineries, the Office is the only building that is covered with tile. The boutique is located south-west of the whole. The wine cooperative is built in 1924 by architect Hourst, then enlarged in 1925 * a new wing was built in 1930 * tanks are built by architect Enjouvin in 1952, and in 1968 the Office, shed and new tanks were built by the architect Chishti.
