Two very similar houses built for two sisters (oral tradition): the Western for the born Bruno Capelle, widow of Passy, in 1866, the other to Pierre Désiré Isaac Isabelle widow in 1870
* originally plan square. A third very similar exists at 28 Boulevard of Calvados. Linked by two pavilions made then by each of the owners, that's according to plans of Auguste Nicolas of 1882: Nicholas had planned two symmetrical pavilions on a square floor, but by economics, it is restricted to a single square two-story Pavilion
