Two square floors and roof tile management housing socket. Workshop either a square floor, ground floor and mechanical tile roof. Office storey square with mechanical tile hip roof. Stable, partly in apparent rubble and timber with brick, ground and hilltops in mechanical tile roof. Accommodation for staff in coated rubble, square two-storey and roof tile hollow. Brasserie installed in the 1870s by Henri Walche in older buildings and buildings constructed for this purpose. Emile Walche succeeded his father in 1885. Closed circa 1921, the brewery was replaced by a chocolate factory created by an import and export company with headquarters in Paris, rue Saint-Lazare. A workshop was then built. Then, in 1940, succeeded to the chocolate, a brief moment, a spinning jute belonging to an Alsatian company, installed in Bischwiller in the Bas-Rhin, which had left the disaster area. The site was then bought by a peeled wood company, which abandoned the former premises for new construction built a little further. the old factory is currently converted into housing, and a part of the building was demolished.A steam boiler put in movement devices of the chocolate.In the 1930s, 50 people work there.
