The building, perpendicular to the street, consists of 2 buildings in the same alignment between 2 bodies. The North facade of the posterior body presents openings (Windows and skylights) segmental arch and a broken roof, the south facade of the rectangular openings and a long NAP. The body of earlier building is covered terrace, its facade on street, stone, is decorated with engaged columns, pilasters and sculpture. A span of segmental arch Windows has been preserved on the south facade of the body earlier, and 2 modern spans breakthroughs in one of the rear body. In 1908, the post Administration accept the construction of a new building and rents a building belonging to the charity Office. This building, built in the 18th century (northern part) and the 19th century (southern part), is rebuilt, side street, according to the plans and specifications of the architect Louis Gagnerot, in 1909 approved. The work is completed in 1912. The rooms of the apartment have chimneys of the 18th and 19th centuries, probably displaced in the Interior redesign.
