Four skylights of type métiers of this House form an interesting set by the variants they disclaim: skylight to capucine lozenge braces with two or three empanons, guitarde. They show a consistency between them, but testify also of Chartres trend (or in all cases represented in this district of Chartres by two buildings), if this is the work of a same Carpenter. This House, formerly located in the outskirts of Chartres, has also in timber-framed shear walls and insulation in lead system as it was formerly the use. The House can therefore either have been built after the Napoleonic land register survey, have been amended. One of the stones of the wall in cutaway bears engraved the date of 1835 which allows to assume that this House, including its roof and Dormer Windows, has been elevated to that date either that it was modified.
