* surface built in m2: 305 building double end Orangery and spinning of silk on the cadastre of 1835, dependent on the Château du Bousquet. Spinning linked to the agricultural sector of the family Arnal. Recovery to 1857 by h. Pelon. Probably taken during the commissioning of the workshop of spinning factory Pelon in 1866. Serves from magnanery then remise.1851: permission of boiler 12 laps
