Belvedere said the Tower of happiness, French Heritage monument to St malo
Tour at four levels served by external staircases. The third and fourth floors are openwork. The upper platform contains a low-intensity lamp (to avoid confusion with a lighthouse) and a belvedere with a spotting scope. Built in 1913 on a rocky peak surrounded by the sea, Mr. Fontaine, Parisian diamond. The 13-metre-high tower was built at the edge of a cliff in the tip of the Varde to Paramé La Coquette, in continuation of the delicious range of le Minihic nicknamed the Nice of the channel for its sand still hot and dry. During the first year, access to the tower is free for anyone who wants to admire the view over the Bay of Saint-Malo. In 1944, the Tower, which belongs to Raymnd Cormon, then Chief Architect of the historic Monumehts in Rennes, is bombed. In ruins, it was demolished in 1952.
