Hotel Hardy or House Renaissance, French Heritage monument to Vitre

The old part of the hotel dates from the early 17th century. The hotel is of the 19th century. The first part, formed by the former the Troussanais hotel, built in 1607, is an outstanding example of architecture civil Renaissance. It consists of a square with a stair Tower building in the corner returning from the Court. Stone dormers, crowned by circular pediments adorned with statues, and strains of fireplaces have a rich decor in briquettes. The second part was built in the early 19th century with fragments of architecture and sculpture from demolished buildings. From this period also date the wall of the Court and the portal on street.
