Nouâtre Church, built around 1483, is a homogeneous Church sober and harmonious volume. It has a Latin cross plan: a nave consisting of three bays with the curved arches fall on thin engaged columns, consisting of two chapels vaulted transept opens on the choir with the polygonal apse is closed by a forming fence located sacristy altarpiece back. It is covered with large arches penetrating ribbed and lit by bays surmounted a quad network. His interest, in addition to its coherence and integrity, is the existence on the walls of the nave with a mural depicting the legendary life of Reverend saint, a local tradition does live and die to Nouâtre. This was not the case: his body, brought by monks from Bayeux fleeing from the Normans, transita a century during the previous Nouâtre church now defunct, before leaving for Poitiers, then angély. Inscriptions, very damaged today, clarified these scenes, whose iconography is rare.
