the White, Oblincum, City, in Berry, Diocese of Bourges, Parliament of Paris, Intendance of Bourges, Sits of an Election, has 4200 inhabitants.
This City is situee on the Hollow one, with the borders of Poitou; it is made up of four the Community, which, though separate for the impositions, form however only one City. These four Communities make the City, which is Siege of the Receipt & a Constabulary, with a Salt deposit. The Castle of Naillac, which is an old stronghold, which has gives the name to the first Lords of White in Berry; S. Ciran & S. Estienne locate at the left of Hollow, and S. Genitour with the right-hand side of the Hollow one. The Election of White has much wood, forging mills, & an excessive quantity of ponds: the River of Hollow is useful has to carry wood to the Wearing of Piles, one throws it there has lost wood. One collects passable wine around the town of White: part of the Election of White is in Berry. The City is spring of Presidial of Poitiers. The Castle of Naillac is in the Upper town: in the low one, are the Prioress of S. Genitour & a Convent of Augustins: Chatellenie de Blanc raised of Baronnie of Chateauroux, the Seigniory & Chatellenie de Naillac & of White left the House of Naillac about the year 1429 and since were partagees in various considerable Maisons.
