The House in stone with arched basement, opening by a broken front door, seems built in the middle of the 17th century. It has been drilled large openings in the 18th century
* the Southwest wing was built in the 18th century. In the first half of the 19th century, Rosery belongs to Alphonse de Raffin, owner, long time Mayor of Sembas. Northwest dependencies were built after 1846, with a new Tower replacing the former located at the foot of the terrace. A dwelling in the orchard in the West disappeared.
