Memorial War 1914-1918, French Heritage monument to Jalons
This monument replaces a first Memorial inaugurated in 1919, but of which no trace has been kept. This first monument stood in the same place, in the cemetery, but was already somewhat dilapidated when the joint opens a new credit of CHF 4,000 in December 1924. The Treaty was signed between the two parties in March 1925. History wanted the present monument is no longer visible. Indeed, it is replaced in 1937 by a new Memorial erected near the Church.
