History

To 1 Southern kilometers of current St-Mihiel, at the top of the hill which crown today the fort calls Camp of the Romans, was, in IIe or IIIe century of our era, as the name of this fort still indicates it, a camp or a Gallo-Roman oppidum whose cuttings off are remainders quite visible until these last years.
