Church, French Heritage monument to Chassagny
a small church in this town, under the invocation of Saint Biaise, is entirely vaulted. We could find no registration, nor any ornament that can fix our uncertainties about the time of the erection of this building. The ribs placed in the vaults of the side chapels are terminated with armorial crests that former Lords of Chassagny must there have been affixed. Especially the Saint-Roch Chapel are very well preserved and there are five; one of them is appendu to the key. We also noticed a warhead of a nice job window, but entirely marred by the absence of its stained glass Windows. In summary, this church, devoid of any kind of ornamentation, offers a most miserable appearance, and is not no need that the administration comes to the claims of the inhabitants, who had the desire to raise a more suitable religious building.
