City circus, French Heritage monument to Amiens
The municipal circus of Amiens is built on the site of the former stronghold of Longueville, who commanded the fortified belt of the South of the city. It is destroyed in 1845 to enable the development of railway and the construction of the District of Henriville where should reside Jules Verne.
