Factory of industrial equipment Page, then Chaudel-Page, then Socolest, currently factory of precision Crelier, French Heritage monument to Valdoie

Production plants are on the ground floor (with the exception of the offices which have a square floor) built coated limestone rubble and metal frame, covered with long half-timbered roofs and sheds, with mechanical tile, asbestos and iron roofing cement. The Concierge has a floor in addition. Housing management, ground floor and one floor square has a gambrel roof covered with slate. In 1841, Eugène Page, Director of the forge of Belfort and his brother Michel, constructor in the Cie des Forges of Audincourt (25), buy the said mill under the Salbert, to which they add to 1852 a machine shop and a home. Manufacturing extends hydraulic cylinders for mills, rolling mills, paper mills and ocreries turbines, from mixers to powder mills of land for brickmaking, vats and presses, steam boilers, as well as equipment for ironworks and foundries (stretch or drawing benches, rockers rubbing, cutters, deburring...). In addition to the expansion of manufacturing in the second half of the 19th century and the construction of an engine room, a Concierge is built around 1890. The company Page, between the years 1880 and 1895 in the wire drawing plant Carpenter (established on the left bank of the tasty), operates around 1900 by Edmond Chaudel-Page, son-in-law of Michel Pagé. Although expanded in the first half of the 20th century, the factory Chaudel-Page ceased operations in 1939. The site was occupied during the second world war by the Socolest company, which the Strasbourg factory was destroyed by bombing in 1943. Specializing in the manufacture of woodworking machines (alternative to blades, edgers, chain saws, saws parqueteuses, defibreuses), the Socolest company operates until 1985. Purchased by the municipality, the buildings were transferred to two companies, whose business Crelier, specialized in tooling and precision machining. In addition to the fireplace, the mill building and a workshop were destroyed indefinitely, while a workshop has been expanded in the mid-1980.presence of a steam engine 6 ch in 1860 and a steam engine 10 HP in 1861.22 people in 1857, 66 in 1870, 59 in 1933, 90 in 1961, 105 in 1983, 40 in 2001.
